It’s that time of year again when the weather starts warming up and you meet at the racetrack to hangout and party with friends.
This year the Midwest drift season comes to an open with the Midwest Bash at Gateway Motorsports Park. Updates will be brought to you live as they develop on nostarbash.com, all registration and technical inspection information can be found there. Fast Entries, Fast Drifting, Tons of partying!
Technical Inspection: Technical Inspection will be open from 7:30 a.m until 11:30 a.m on Saturday and 8:30 a.m until 10 a.m on Sunday. Your car must be inspected and pass tech before going out onto the track (designated group color stickers will be placed on your windshield, if you don't have one you can't drive). All rules must be met, no exceptions will be given especially regarding safety equipment such as fire extinguishers or the correctly rated helmet. Make sure your car and equipment will pass tech before coming to the event. No refunds will be given for cars that do not pass.

Media Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday 09:30AM: Mandatory Media Check In and Meeting (All media will be listed after approval, if you do not make morning meeting on either day you will not be allowed on track.)
DEADLINE FOR MEDIA APPLICATION ARE CLOSED. WE WILL NO LONGER RECRUIT MEDIA, NO EXCEPTIONS!: Who ever is in red has not replied back to the notification email that was sent out on March 15, and if you do not reply by Friday March 29, 2013, you will be at risk of NOT receiving a media pass. Therefore, if you are listed in red and did not receive an email, you should contact us at nostarbash@gmail.com.

Tire Changer:
No Star Bash will have a tire changer at the track for a minimal donation. Drivers must take all old tires with them and dispose yourself.
Local Info:
Gateway Motorsports Park is a race track in Madison, Illinois, USA, minutes east of St. Louis, Missouri. Since we are the Midwest, it’s not a bad idea to have a hoodie or a jacket available in case of temperature drop, or any unexpected rain.
Lodging:
Nearby Hotels
All kinds of hotels and Casinos in the area since the track is minutes from St. Louis, most Casinos like Casino Queen have huge parking lots where trucks and trailers fit. After Saturday drivers driving Sunday can leave trucks and trailers at track overnight.
Camping:
No actual camping grounds on facility but camping is allowed in self contained motorhomes only.
Food/Alcohol:
Alcohol for personal use is allowed for participants when they are not driving. Propane grills only in designated areas during event. Food truck or concession stand might be available during event. It’s a Bash bring your own food, or you can go across the street for a Subway or Taco Bell.
